Drinking and Drawing

In this project we are learning how to draw scale figures in spaces. This project was labeled Drinking and drawing because most people drew spaces that were coffee shops and or cafe'. I have one place which is the third one up that is a space of the UNC-G meditation room.

Scale Figures

These are a few scale figures that may be use to show sizing of different objects to compared to the human anatomy. Beginning from the top right, Tommy Lambeth my professor, uses this image of a person to scale objects, next to that image is an image by Stoel Burrows another one of my professors. The others are images that I googled.

Inpsirational Sketches

In This assignment we were to choose different styles of drawings; and try to mimic in our drawing of a building on the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I have ordered the pictures so that the mimic sketches are above the inspirational sketches. I enjoyed this assignment but it was kind of hard to mimic the inspirational sketches.

18" 2x4 System

Here in this photo is an system that the first year interior architecture students of UNC- Greensboro was assigned to produce. The concept was to make a self-sustainable system out of a 18" 2x4. I thoroughly enjoyed this assignment, being able to become comfortable with using the tools in the wood shop. Although I took construction in high school I never did become comfortable to with the equipment, but get an second opportunity it was easy going I really enjoyed it. I wish we could have, had a longer time in on this project because I feel that I could have done allot more with this wood experiment.
